Lowery-Clarendon Heating & Air, Inc. is a family-owned and operated, full service heating and air-conditioning business serving the eastern area of South Carolina.
Bobby Lowery started the business in 1987 as Lowery Appliance Service. In 1992, his eldest son, Jimmy, became certified to service and install heating and air-conditioning units and he began working in this area. Bobby’s other son, Danny, also became certified in the HVAC work and by 1995 both sons had joined their father in his business and they changed the name to Lowery Appliance, Heating & Air. In 2004, the appliance side of the business was discontinued and the company began operating as Lowery Heating & Air, Inc.
Since the beginning, our commitment to quality has been unwavering, and our exceptional reputation demonstrates that resolve. Whether a project is large or small, residential or commercial, our goal is to exceed our customer’s expectations and provide unparalleled performance. We strive to serve every client with integrity, professionalism and quality, and our outstanding customer satisfaction validates that effort. Our current mechanical license has a PK5 classification, which means our contract amount is unlimited.
Our stable and loyal staff has grown to eighteen employees, many of whom have been with the company for more than ten years. Our service technicians have earned North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification. NATE is the leading certification program for technicians in the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration industry and is the only test supported by the entire industry. In 2007, we became Sumter’s first Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer. This highly coveted designation indicates we met Bryant’s high standards for superior skills, superior service, superior products, superior comfort and a superior promise – in writing – of 100% satisfaction, guaranteed.
With annual sales revenues averaging 2.2 million dollars for the past three years, we are determined to continue progressing as we look to the future.
