We are not doing a favor by providing service... the Customer is doing us a favor by allowing us the opportunity to be of service.

A.  Our Customer is the most important person in our business - whether contacting us in person, by mail, by phone, fax or internet.

B.  Our Customer is not dependent on us.... we are dependent on him or her.

C.  Our Customer is not an interruption of our work, but the reason for it.
