Lowery-Clarendon Heating and Air, Inc. offers an annual Preventive Maintenance Program to provide you with peace of mind when it comes to your heating and cooling system. You will always know your system is working to its maximum efficiency, prolonging the system’s life and, most importantly, saving you money and time. Although regular filter changes are helpful, they do not prevent clogging. Clogged refrigerant coils and dirty fan blowers are the #1 cause of costly repairs and premature compressor failure. Servicing your system on a regular basis extends its life and enables it to work more efficiently. Our technician will come to your home to clean and inspect your system prior to the hot summer sun and the cold winter days.
